Separate sets of vitrification environments (HV1, HV2, HHM) and heating (HW1, HW2, HHM)
VitaVitro Vitrification & Warming Kit is a set of environments for ultrafast vitrification and subsequent heating of oocytes and embryos in the protocols of assisted reproductive technologies.
The kit consists of two agreed sets: an ethylene glycol-based vitrification solution, DMSO and sucrose, and a solution for subsequent cell heating and rehydration. The environments are ready for use and do not require mixing before the protocol. After vitrification in the environment from the kit, the sample is transferred to a carrier (for example, an Open Pulled straw). Straw) and immersed in liquid nitrogen; HW is applied for heating with gradual dilution of the cryoprotector.
The vitrification kit includes solutions HV1 and HV2 of 1.0 ml and a total diluent HHM 1.0 ml; heating kit - HW1 (2 × 1.5 ml), HW2 1.0 ml and HHM 1.8 ml Buffer environments M199-Hepes, without antibiotics; pH finished solutions 7.2-7.6, endotoxin level less than 0.25 EE / ml, survival in the test on mouse embryos at least 80%. MDR is certified as a Class III medical device (BSI certificates, December 2024).
