Test tubes for collecting UniColl samples
Buffer tubes in the lid: one turn stabilizes the sample
UniColl are disposable Zinexts companion tubes with a buffer built into the lid: one turn triggers sample stabilization without separate sample preparation.
Request a quotationWhen collecting a sample (stomach - UniColl Stool, cervical / vaginal swab - UniColl Cervical), turning the lid releases a built-in buffer that mixes with the sample and stabilizes the nucleic acids for subsequent molecular analysis. Hermetic design and compatibility with standard laboratory equipment simplify. transport and storage of the sample prior to extraction.
UniColl Stool is designed to collect and preserve a stool sample with a buffer optimized for microbial profiling. UniColl Cervical is designed for cervical/vaginal samples and stabilizes cells' DNA/RNA for cancer and other molecular tests; a swab tampon for smearing is not included and selected separately. Disposable and compatible with standard centrifuges and vortex mixers.
Uniform working principle
- The tube cover contains a built-in buffer and an activator knife: one turn of the cover releases the buffer and mixes it with the sample.
- Pressurized design reduces the risk of leakage and cross-contamination during manual transfer
- Compatible with standard centrifuges and vortexes
UniColl Stool
- Designed for collecting and stabilizing stool samples, eliminates a separate stage of sample preparation
- Buffer optimized for subsequent microbial profiling
UniColl Cervical
- Designed for cervical/vaginal sample, stabilizes DNA/RNA cells
- Supplied without a smear – used together with the user’s sterile cervical tampon
