NeXgen 16HP is a compact Zinexts test-to-result system: automatic sample preparation and multiplex qPCR detection for 1–16 samples per launch.
The device homogenizes the sample using proprietary tip spin technology and releases the nucleic acids with magnetic particles inside the same tip. The built-in module then automatically prepares the PCR reaction in the cooled unit and seals the tubes with a proprietary mechanism, after which the 32-well thermocycler conducts a multiplexing. qPCR detection through 5 or more channels.
The system processes 1 to 16 samples per launch, including complex samples up to 10 ml (urine, saliva, plasma) thanks to built-in fluid level determination. The 32-hole thermocycle supports separate (twin) qPCR reactions and is compatible with both lyophilized and liquid reagents. integration with LIS and is open to third-party analysis formats.
