Modular HPLC system: pressure up to 6000 psi and flow from 0.001 to 10 ml/min
with the choice of gradient, binary or isocratic pump and autosampler for 96 positions
YL9100 Plus HPLC System is a Young In Chromass modular liquid chromatograph with the choice of pump, auto sampler and detector for the task, including for the determination of residual antibiotics in livestock products.
The system is built from a parallel plunger pump (gradient, binary or isocratic), an auto sampler YL9150 on 96-well microplates and a thermostat of YL9131 speakers on three columns. The set of detectors includes UV/Vis, PDA, refractometric, ELSD and fluorescent.
The pump provides a flow of 0.001-10 ml / min and pressure up to 6000 psi at a flow of up to 5 ml / min (up to 3000 psi at 10 ml / min); the gradient is formed by a 4-channel mixing valve or static mixer. The autosampler enters a sample of 1-5000 μl (optionally a loop of 10 ml). The the thermostat of the speakers operates in the range of 4-90 ° C. 385 x 160 x 565 mm.
