Automatic analysis of about 40 amino acids in protein hydrolysates and biological fluids

HPLC-based amino acid analyzer with post-column derivatization

Product overview

Automatic analysis of about 40 amino acids in protein hydrolysates and biological fluids

with post-column derivatization with ninhydrin and the option of fluorescent detection by OPA

The Young In Chromass post-column derivatization amino acid analyzer automatically detects about 40 primary and secondary amino acids in protein hydrolysates, foods and biological fluids.

The system is based on HPLC separation followed by post-column derivatization: standard - ninhydrin with UV / VIS detection, optionally - ortho-phthalene aldehyde (OPA) with fluorescence detection for higher sensitivity. Reproducibility of results.

The device detects about 40 primary and secondary amino acids in the hydrolysates of protein, collagen, peptides, food products, physiological fluids, tissue extracts, feed, suss and broths.
