Young In Chromass
HPLC-based amino acid analyzer with post-column derivatization
Automatic analysis of about 40 amino acids in protein hydrolysates and biological fluids
The Young In Chromass post-column derivatization amino acid analyzer automatically detects about 40 primary and secondary amino acids in protein hydrolysates, foods and biological fluids.
Request a quotationThe system is based on HPLC separation followed by post-column derivatization: standard - ninhydrin with UV / VIS detection, optionally - ortho-phthalene aldehyde (OPA) with fluorescence detection for higher sensitivity. Reproducibility of results.
The device detects about 40 primary and secondary amino acids in the hydrolysates of protein, collagen, peptides, food products, physiological fluids, tissue extracts, feed, suss and broths.
Automation
- Fully automatic cycle of analysis with minimal sample preparation
- Pre-installed methods without the need to prepare part of the reagents
- Standardized procedure increases reproducibility of results between operators
Detection
- UV/Vis detection by reaction with ninhydrin - for primary and secondary amino acids
- Option fluorescence detection by orthophthaldehyde (OPA) to increase sensitivity
