VisualSpreadsheet is Yokogawa’s proprietary particle image analysis software that comes with all FlowCam instruments.
The program manages data collection from FlowCam, combines images and measurements, builds scattering diagrams, and allows you to sort, filter and classify particles by size, shape, color and fluorescence in real time. User libraries accelerate the automatic identification of familiar particle types and microorganisms.
The software comes with all FlowCam devices; a separate satellite version is designed for offline analysis on additional computers, supported export to Microsoft Excel, automatic scattering charts, morphological filtering, and security and audit functions corresponding to 21 CFR Part 11.
