Nanopipet platform for the delivery of substances to the cell Single Cellome SU10

Product overview

Precise delivery of substances into a single living cell with a nanopipetta diameter of less than 100 nm

under the control of ion current, with electro-osmotic and electrophoretic delivery

Single Cellome SU10 is a nanopipet platform for targeted delivery and selection of substances from a selected living cell with minimal exposure.

The system automatically detects the surface of the cell through an ion current, injects the nanopipetta to a given depth, and transfers the material with electroosmosis and electrophoresis. It supports delivery to the cytoplasm or nucleus, selection from an individual cell, and observation before and after manipulation with a compatible inverted microscope.

Outer diameter of tip less than 100 nm for SU10ACC-NP01. Rough movement of about 50 mm on each axis with a step of adjustment of 0.625 μm; piezo movement of 100 μm/axis with a step of 10 nm and 1 nm during penetration and extraction. voltage range of -10 ... + 10 V, current measurement of -900 ... + 900 nA; working environment 15-35 °C.
