Automatic distinction of cyanobacteria and other algae by fluorescent signal

Automatic distinction of cyanobacteria and other algae by fluorescent signal
Dual channel fluorescence and device setting in less than 5 minutes
FlowCam Cyano is a specialized system for automatically detecting and distinguishing cyanobacteria, other algae and particles in natural water.
Bichannel fluorescence separates cyanobacteria from other algae by optical signature, and then VisualSpreadsheet classifies organisms by morphology, biobeam, color, shape and size, suitable for freshwater and marine samples and monitoring of harmful blooms.
Excitation laser 633 nm; registration channels: chlorophyll 700±10 nm and phycocyanin 650±10 nm. Replacement flow cell and autofocus provide preparation for operation in less than 5 minutes. The exact configuration of the optics and cell is determined by the task and delivery kit.
