Flow-through imaging of particles from 2 μm to 1 mm with a sample volume of 100 μl

Flow-through imaging of particles from 2 μm to 1 mm with a sample volume of 100 μl
fluorescent start and compatible with automatic ALH sampling
FlowCam 8000 is a flow imaging microscopy system for counting, measuring and morphologically classifying particles directly from their images.
The device registers each particle found in the stream and simultaneously determines the size, shape, type and distribution. Auto wash reduces transfer between samples, and VisualSpreadsheet allows you to filter data, form class libraries and automate subsequent classification.
Particle range 2 μm-1 mm; lenses 2×, 4×, 10× and 20× with appropriate flow cells. CMOS camera 1920×1200, up to 100 frames / s; processing speed from 0.05 ml / min at 20× to 3 ml / min at 4×. Options 8100 and 8400 support automatic shooting and fluorescent start; software calculates more than 40 particle parameters.
