three camera configurations and the SoRa superresolution option for sparing photography of living cells
Yokogawa CSU-W1 is a wide-field confocal scanner for careful high-speed imaging of living cells, tissues and bulk biological samples.
Nipkow's dual-rotating microlens drive forms a multi-point scan with low phototoxicity and fading. Motorized confocal and light-field switching, one- or two-camera options, and split-view allow you to assemble the system for time-lapse, multi-channel and deep imaging.
Field of view 17×16 mm; scanning frequency 75–200 Hz at 1500–4000 rpm Install up to two discs with pinholes of 50 or 25 μm; excitation 405–647 nm, optionally NIR 685–785 nm; registration 420–850 nm. T1, T2 and T3 versions, SoRa options, Uniformizer and external light path are available.
