Premixing, dosing and transfer of extracts for routine PCR laboratory
Automatic PCR production with four channels and a throughput of up to 768 samples per cycle.
PANA S401 performs reagent premixing and aliquotation, PCR formulation and extract transfer. Pressure controls fluid levels, and HEPA filtering, directed exhaust and negative pressure reduce the risk of contamination; different test tube and PCR microplate formats are supported.
Four boot channels, 96 samples and up to 768 productions per launch, dosing volume of 1-1000 μl. Compatible with 0.1 / 0.2 ml 8-strip, 96- and 384-well microplates; Windows 10 Pro, USB / RS232, 860 × 733 × 746 mm, 100 kg.
