A closed sample-result system for fully automatic molecular diagnostics.
Panall 8000 combines opening and closing of test tubes, loading, extraction of NA, PCR formulation, amplification, interpretation and reporting. Single-button process on 1-8 samples, built-in scanner, negative pressure, HEPA and UV reduce manual labor and the risk of contamination; open setting of PCR protocols is available.
Simultaneously 1-8 samples, dosing 20-250 μl, typical result time 1-2 hours depending on the set. Four channels, accuracy of PCR temperature ≤ 0.1 °C, memory 1000 files, Ethernet / USB; dimensions 750×350×600 mm, weight 80 kg.
