scanning, extraction of 96 samples and preparation of PCR using the method of magnetic particles
Automated station for loading, extraction of NDT and installation of up to four PCR systems.
PANA9600S combines sample information reading, dosing, rotational magnetic extraction and PCR preparation. Four loading channels, reagent and consumable identification, LIS communication, refrigerated reagent chamber and separate zones reduce manual operations and transfer risk.
Capacity 1-96 samples; in one run, extraction of 96 samples and setting of four PCR systems is performed. Supported plasma, serum, whole blood, smears and urine; heating of lysis / elution 35-120 °C, camera PCR-reagents 4-15 °C, screen 12.1′′; 1370×810×890 mm, 220 kg.
