Multiplex real-time PCR with touch screen control
A standalone four-channel version of the Gentier X3 with three independent PCR units.
The Gentier X3R is equipped with a touch screen and executes three different protocols simultaneously on blocks of 32 positions. Four channels are suitable for multiplex real-time PCR; quantitative analysis, HRM, genotyping, endpoint and recovery from power failure are available.
96 positions in the configuration of 3×32, 4 fluorescent channels, scanning one unit in 2 seconds. Thermal control accuracy ≤0.1 °C, uniformity ±0.2 °C, repeatability CV≤1%, linearity |r|≥0.995; 380×410×395 mm, 34 kg.
