A compact 48-position real-time PCR platform with a fast full scan in 2 seconds.

The Gentier 48E/48R family is designed for small and medium-sized laboratories, mobile complexes and field testing. Gradient unit, autonomous sensor control or PC control and quantitative analysis, melting curves and SNP functions support a wide range of PCR tasks.

Performance 1-48; depending on the configuration available 2 or 4 fluorescent channels. Full scan takes 2 s, heating to ≥8.0 °C / s, cooling ≥6.2 °C / s, thermal control accuracy ≤0.1 °C; 260 × 400 × 260 mm, 11 kg.
