The full workflow of large-format Western blotting: from protein separation to chemiPRO detection
vertical electrophoresis, semi-dry transfer and documentation system in one set
Cleaver Scientific WesternFLOW PRO Maxi is a complete large-format western blotting workflow kit: vertical electrophoresis, semi-dry transfer, programmable power supply, reagents and chemiluminescent visualization of chemiPRO in one coherent system.
The kit takes the sample from protein separation to membrane registration. The omniPAGE large camera provides PAGE, the semi-dry module transfers proteins to the membrane in 15 to 30 minutes with a small buffer volume, the powerPRO3AMP powers high-current transfer, and the chemiPRO performs chemiluminescent and fluorescent photography. The semi-dry blotter works with Western. Southern and Northern protocols and gels 0.25-10 mm thick The kit includes the necessary consumables and reagents to start the workflow; the specific configuration is subject to confirmation at the time of order.
WesternFlowPROMAXI kit includes large vertical gel tank, semi-dry blotter, power supply, reagents and chemiPRO system. Semi-dry module of the Midi/Maxi format uses a workspace up to 20×20 cm, platinum anode and stainless steel cathode; typical transfer time of 15–30 minutes, working gel thickness of 0.25–10 mm. The powerPRO3AMP supplies 5–300 V, 10–3000 mA and up to 300 W. chemiPRO is equipped with a 4 MP/16 efficient MP cooled to −57 °C CCD camera, a 16-bit ADC, a motorized F1.2 lens and a seven-position filter wheel; a maximum image area of 32.5×24.1 cm.
