Cleaver Scientific multiSUB is a modular line of horizontal cameras for DNA and RNA electrophoresis in agarose gel. One product card covers the main formats from compact routine systems to cameras with increased mileage and high sample load.
Transparent UV-compatible trays, a wide range of combs and removable gel sizes allow the camera to be quickly sampled, restricted, PCR products or preparative separation. Plug-and-Go molded seals allow the gel to be poured outside the chamber while another staging is performed. Asymmetric cover It is installed only in the correct orientation and when removed, it disconnects power from the buffer chamber. Platinum cassette electrodes are easy to replace; buffer recycling, cooling and buffer savings are available for large formats.
The line includes compact and enlarged formats: active gels 7×7 and 7×10 cm (MINI), 10×7 and 10×10 cm (MIDI), 15×7/10/15 cm (CHOICE), 15×20/25 cm (CHOICE ST/MAXI depending on the configuration) Capacity in the above configurations reaches 64, 100, 210 and 350 samples, respectively; buffer volume - approximately 225, 300, 500 and 1000 ml. available 0.75; 1; 1.5 and 2 mm thicknesses, including options for multi-channel pipettes. Standard modes are 80-150 V and 45-90 minutes depending on camera size and mileage length. Trays transmit UV and blue light with wavelengths above 300 nm; power is connected by standard 4 mm connectors.
