Cleaver Scientific chemiPRO is a universal documenting system for chemiluminescent and fluorescent blots, DNA/RNA gels and visible staining. A cooled CCD camera and motorized optics enable the quantification of weak and intense signals in a single workflow.
The closed camera supports chemiluminescence, fluorescence, colorimetric detection and multiplex photography. The motorized lens and the seven-position filter wheel automate the choice of field and channels. White EPI illumination is used to position the sample; optional RGB/RGBIR HI-LED modules add up to five channels. Multiplexing, and interchangeable UV and blue transilluminators expand the work with gels, software management includes autoexposure and capture protocols.
