Polymer 04 is a separating polyacrylamide polymer for capillary electrophoresis in Honor genetic analyzers, designed for HID and forensic applications.
The polymer fills the capillary and forms a separation medium for electrophoretic separation of fluorescently labeled DNA fragments by size, while forming a capillary wall covering that controls electro-osmotic flow. It is supplied in ready-to-use vials for Honor capillary genetic analyzers.
Polyacrylamide polymer in vials of 7 ml (approximately 960 tests) and 28 ml (approximately 3,840 tests); after opening, it lasts 7 days or until the vial expires. Polymer 04 formula is designed for HID and forensic tasks (analysis of short DNA fragments).
