24 capillaries and 8-color detection for STR-typed up to 70 loci

24 capillaries and 8-color detection for STR-typed up to 70 loci
parallel analysis of 24 samples on STR panels
Honor 1824 is a 24-capillary Superbio genetic analyzer with 8-color detection for STR typing, Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis. Parallel processing of 24 samples is designed for laboratories with a regular flow of multiplex studies.
The device combines capillary separation and eight-color fluorescence recording, allowing more markers to be distinguished in a single multiplex analysis. The manufacturer claims analysis of up to 70 STR loci while working with 24 samples simultaneously, including building profiles on autosomal and Y chromosomal markers in a single reaction. It is applicable to Sanger sequencing and standard fragment analysis.
24 capillaries, 8-color fluorescent detection; up to 24 samples per launch and up to 70 STR-locuses in the manufacturer's declared analysis configuration. Dimensions - 812×610×532 mm (according to the Made-in-China catalog, the same dimensions as other models of the Honor series); The remaining numerical characteristics (laser, resolution, performance) in the open The sources for this model have not been published.
