Honor 1624 is a 24-capillary Superbio platform for labs with increased Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis tasks. The increased number of parallel capillaries speeds up the processing of sample series.
The analyzer performs automated capillary electrophoresis of fluorescently labeled products in 24 capillaries 36 or 50 cm long and supports two main modes - sequence reading and fragment size determination. Software tools are used to assess sequence quality, search for variants and analyze STR-, SNP- and SNP- AFLP panels.
