16 parallel capillaries for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis

16 parallel capillaries for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis
with six-color fluorescent detection and automatic sampling
The Honor 1616 is a compact 16-capillary Superbio genetic analyzer for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis. Automatic sample and polymer feeding reduces the number of manual typing and confirmation of NGS findings.
The device performs capillary electrophoresis of fluorescently labeled DNA fragments: automatically feeds samples from 96-well microplates or 8-tube strips, separates them in 16 capillaries 36 or 50 cm long, and registers the signal with a semiconductor laser. Analysis and STR-typing, and is also used to verify variants found by NGS methods. Automatic polymer injection reduces the number of manual operations between launches.
16 capillaries, 6-color fluorescent detection, semiconductor solid-state laser 505 nm Resolution - 1 p.b., the declared reading length - more than 800 p.b., accuracy of temperature maintenance - ΔT ≤ 0.2 °C. Dimensions of the device when the door is closed - 610 × 532 × 812 mm, weight - about 95 kg; power supply 220 V, 50 Hz, maximum consumption power - 800 W, the operating temperature range - 15-30 ° C with fluctuations of not more than ± 2 ° C.
