Honor Analyzer Module for Processing Sanger Sequencing Results
Gene Sequencing Analysis is a software module of Honor capillary genetic analyzers (Superbio) for data correction, DNA sequence formation and Sanger sequencing quality assessment.
The module processes the primary data of capillary electrophoresis, performs their correction and forms the final DNA sequence with a quality assessment - used for Sanger sequencing on Honor series analyzers.
