Honor analyzer module for processing STR profiles
Gene Manager is a software module of Honor capillary genetic analyzers (Superbio) for genotyping and assessing the quality of fragment analysis and STR-typing data.
The module processes data obtained in fragment analysis mode and generates STR profiles with an assessment of their quality - used after the initial data collection by the Gene Test module for genotyping tasks, including STR-typing.
The official manufacturer's page refers this feature to the Honor series of appliances software: "genotyping and quality assessment", separate technical documentation on the manufacturer's website is not published.
