Capillary electrophoresis to check the quality of libraries before sequencing
Honor 1816 in Fragmented Assay Mode: Using a 16-capillary Superbio genetic analyzer to control the size and distribution of library fragments before capillary electrophoresis sequencing.
The device separates fluorescently labeled DNA fragments in an array of 16 capillaries and determines their size and distribution — a feature used to control the quality of libraries before sequencing, as well as STR-typing and other fragment analysis tasks. Eight-color detection expands the number of simultaneously analyzed labels.
16 capillaries, 8-color fluorescent detection; resolution of 1 p.b., accuracy of determining the size of the fragment is less than 0.12 p.b. The accuracy of maintaining temperature is ΔT < 0.2 °C. At a fragment length up to 500 p.b. the declared performance is more than 16 samples / h. The declared length of the analysis is up to 800 p.b.
