Polymer 07 is a universal separating polyacrylamide polymer for capillary electrophoresis in Honor genetic analyzers: suitable for both short fragments and extended readings.
The polymer fills the capillary and forms a separation medium for electrophoretic separation of fluorescently labeled DNA fragments by size, while forming a capillary wall covering that controls electro-osmotic flow. It is supplied in ready-to-use vials for Honor capillary genetic analyzers.
Polyacrylamide polymer in 7 ml vials (approximately 960 tests) and 28 ml (approximately 3,840 tests); after opening, it lasts 7 days or before the vial expires; Polymer 07 is versatile and suitable for both short fragments and extended readings in sequencing and fragment analysis.
