SPL’s 384-well microplates, including transparent, black and white versions, are a compact platform for high-performance screening, fluorescent and fluorescent measurements.
The transparent culture plate is designed to be used in mass cellular experiments: black walls reduce autofluorescence and optical cross-talk, white walls enhance the reflection of luminescent signal, and transparent bottoms allow for the combination of reading and microscopy.
384 wells, flat bottom; working volume 0.10 ml and growth area 0.07 cm2 per well. For black 384-well available FLux- and PS-bottom (cat. 332384/333384); for white - FLux- and PS-bottom (335384/336384). Wall material - polystyrene; sterile versions with treated surface, individual packaging 1/10.
