The vertical Priorclave combines a large usable chamber height with a compact installation area, and is particularly suitable for tall flasks, fermenters, bioreactors, nutrient bottles, and bulky packets of laboratory waste.
Request a quotationBooting from the top allows you to drop high dishes and bags directly into the cylindrical chamber, and baskets allow the steam to circulate around the contents. Autoclaves are used for cooking environments, sterilizing glass, open containers, tools and disinfecting waste. Gravitational and vacuum configurations are available, internal configurations are available. Electric heating or external steam, programmable cycles, forced cooling and keeping the environment warm. Quickseal covers have thermal and baric locking.
The main line includes a compact V60 and EV/SV models of 100 and 150 liters; the official Base sheet also documents the execution of 200 liters. For 100/150/200 liters, the operating range is up to 138 °C and 2.4 bar. The camera diameter is 500 mm, depth is 500, 720 or 1000 mm, respectively; load height is 755, 935 or 1180 mm. Electric heating is 7 kW, 30 A, one The phase is either 10.5 kW, 15 A, three phases; external steam is available. Base's standard features include Tactrol 3, automatic free steaming, forced air cooling, Media Warming, Delayed Start and stainless steel baskets. Vacuum and Smart versions are selected when you need to work with porous or complex loads.
