Request a quotationThe equipment performs programmable cycles of steam sterilization with preparation of the medium, automatic removal of air, exposure, cooling and temperature maintenance depending on the chosen configuration. Front loading is convenient for shelves, containers and large lots of the same type of laboratory dishes. The task, and the Smart configurations add vacuum, drying and advanced work with complex and porous boots. Tactrol system manages the time and temperature of the cycle; door locks Quickseal do not allow you to open the camera at dangerous temperature or pressure.
The current line includes models EH/SH 100, 150, 200, 320 and 400 with a useful volume of 100-400 liters. the Working range is up to 138 °C and 2.4 bar. 100/150/200 liters have a diameter of 500 mm and a depth of 535/740/1025 mm; models 320/400 l - a diameter of 630 mm and a depth of 1025/1200 mm. Heating: internal electric or from an external source of steam; power up to 7-10.5 The 100-200 liter and 18 kW models have 320-400 liter cameras and doors made of 316L stainless steel. The standard is Tactrol 3 programmable control, automatic free steaming, low-water sensor, Media Warming and Delayed Start modes, rollover shelves and antimicrobial treatment of exterior panels. Specific vacuum, cooling and recording options are selected for the boot type.
Safety
