PromethION Flow Cell is a high-performance cell for deep sequencing of large genomes and complex transcriptomes.
Each cell runs independently on PromethION devices, supports native DNA, direct RNA, and built-in modification recognition, and is suitable for scaling from single genomes to large cohorts.
Up to 3,000 simultaneously measured channels; typical output of 100–200 GB per cell, reading length of 20 p.b. – more than 4 MB of DNA and RNA variants; storage of an unprinted cell of +2 ... + 8 °C for up to 12 weeks.
