PromethION 2 Integrated is a compact high-output sequencer with built-in computing and touch control.
The two PromethION Flow Cells work independently, allowing for different designs to be combined and samples to be run as they are ready. The built-in GPU supports bascolling and real-time EPI2ME analysis for large genomes, metagenomics and full-size transcripts.
