Direct sequencing of native RNA without reverse transcription and PCR

The Direct RNA Sequencing Kit allows you to read native RNA directly, storing information about the length of the molecule and modifications.
The method does not require reverse transcription to form a sequence and helps to investigate isoforms, poly(A) tails and modifications in one setting.
Estimated preparation 135 minutes; input - about 300 ng poly(A)+ RNA or 1 μg total RNA. The length of reading corresponds to the length of the original RNA; PCR is not required. The specific article of the set and the compatible cell are fixed according to the current version of the chemistry.
