Stage Top Incubator - Okolab incubation camera on the subject table of the microscope: maintains temperature, gas composition and humidity right at the sample during lifetime photography of cells.
The camera is mounted on an XY table or piezo-drive microscope and holds the preset conditions around the sample by interchangeable inserts under petri dishes, object slides and multi-well microplates. Removable sliding cover with built-in temperature sensor gives quick access to the sample without loss of conditions inside the chamber. Supports direct injection of reagents during shooting, laser access and lighting by Kohler.
The temperature is maintained in the range from 3 °C above room to 60 °C with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C. Gas composition (CO2/O2) is mixed through individual controllers of the Bold Line line. Humidity is controlled directly through a heated supply tube, which prevents condensation. The camera works with temperature controllers UNO or H401-T.
