Heating and Cooling Stage Top - Okolab camera on the microscope stage with an extended temperature range: from 10-15 °C below room to 60 °C thanks to a water jacket in the base and cover.

Water circulates through the base and cover of the chamber, ensuring uniform heating and cooling of the sample below room temperature. Depending on the controller connected, the camera operates either in the heating area only (H101-BASIC-BL) or with cooling below room (H101-CRYO-BL). It's done through OKO-TOUCH touchscreen. Magnetic interchangeable inserts hold petri dishes, subject slides, and multi-well microplates, and perfusion ports allow microfluidic experiments to be connected.

The H101-BASIC-BL controller keeps temperatures from 3°C above room to 60°C; the H101-CRYO-BL controller extends the range downwards – 10–15°C below room temperature (depending on the model) – to 60°C. Accuracy ±0.1°C on sample feedback or ±0.3°C on camera at a stable room temperature. CO2 and O2 are maintained with accuracy. ±0.1%, programmable flow rate and gas cycles are available; humidification is bubbly with an efficiency of 75%, or active humidifier with an efficiency of 95%; heated supply line prevents condensation.
