Bold Line – Okolab camera on the microscope object table with digital control of CO2 and O2: maintains the exact gas composition, temperature and humidity of the sample during long lifetime photography.
The camera is positioned in the XY table or piezova microscope. magnetic interchangeable inserts hold petri dishes, object slides or multi-well microplates, and the sliding cover provides quick access without disrupting the conditions inside the chamber. Perfusion holes allow you to connect the supply and drain tubes for flowing. The system works in conjunction with the H301-T-UNIT-BL-PLUS temperature controller and Bold Line digital gas controllers, supports programmable gas cycles and integrates with common microscopy software.
The temperature is adjusted in the range from 3 °C above room to 60 °C with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C on sample feedback or ±0.3 °C on camera feedback, a resolution of 0.1 °C. Accuracy of maintaining CO2 and O2 is ±0.1%, total gas flow is adjusted, programmable gas cycles are available. Relative humidity is maintained in the range 50-95% with a resolution of 1%, the heated tube prevents condensation. Optionally available TTL signal and data logger Smart Box.
