Product overview

EX30 fluorescent platform for immunofluorescence and FISH with fast transition to light field

Single or multichannel LED fluorescence with a trinocular head

Sunny EX30FL is a fluorescent configuration of the EX30 universal microscopic platform for immunofluorescence, FISH, clinical laboratory diagnostics and biomedical research. The modular system combines passing light with single or multichannel fluorescence and allows you to tailor optics and filters for specific fluorochromes.

EX30FL supports fast switching between light field and fluorescent observation. In a single-channel LED configuration, each interchangeable module combines the excitation source and the corresponding filter; a multichannel reflected illuminator includes three fluorescent channels and a light field channel, with up to four filters installed. The trinocular head allows you to connect a digital camera for documenting and analyzing images, and the overall EX30 platform is expanded by phase contrast, dark field and simple polarization if necessary.

Optical system - infinite with correction of chromatic aberrations. PL10×/20 or PL10×/22 oculars; semi-apochromatic fluorescent lenses 4×, 10×, 20×, 40× and 100×, including options without cover glass. Fluorescent head is inclined 30°, rotates 360°, interpupular distance 50–75 mm, fixed 5:5 light split. Reflected lighting: single-color LED modules with integrated filters or 100-W mercury lamp; multi-channel system can accommodate up to four filters. The brochure shows B1/B2 modules for EGFP/GFP/FITC/Alexa Fluor 488, G1 for Texas Red/Cy3.5/MitoTracker Red, B4 for Auramine O/wtGFP and UV1/UV2 for DAPI/Hoechst/AMCA. Transmitted light uses a 3 W LED or a 6 V/30 W halogen lamp; table 150×140 or 150×162 mm, stroke 76×50 mm; microfocus accuracy 0.002 mm.
