Modular biological microscope for clinic and laboratory with fluorescence and digital registration

Modular biological microscope for clinic and laboratory with fluorescence and digital registration
with infinity optics, LED backlighting and optional fluorescence
EX30 is Sunny Instruments’ universal biological microscope for clinical, training and research labs. Modular infinite optics combines light and dark field, phase contrast, polarization, digital recording, and single- or multi-channel fluorescence in one platform.
The system allows you to assemble the configuration for routine microscopy, pathology, cell research, immunofluorescence or detection of mycobacteria. For a light field, you use Kohler lighting; insert modules add dark field, phase contrast and simple polarization. With light and fluorescence, without heating, and a multichannel system supports up to four filters, trinocular and digital heads allow you to connect cameras, capture images and perform analysis in MvImage software.
Optical system - infinite with correction of chromatic aberrations. Oculars - PL10×/20 or PL10×/22; lenses - plan-achromatic 4×-100×, phase 10×-100× and semi-apochromatic fluorescent 4×-100×. Head is inclined by 30°, rotates 360°; interpupil distance - 50–75 mm. Subject table - 150×140 or 150×162 mm, stroke 76×50 mm, 0.1 mm. Kohler condenser is NA 1.25. Coarse focusing 30 mm, microfocus accuracy 0.002 mm. Passing light is 3 W LED or 6 V/30 W halogen lamp; fluorescence is interchangeable LED modules or 100-W mercury lamp. Digital version is equipped with a 3 or 5 MP camera with USB 2.0.
