3D microscope ultra-large depth of field with an increase to 7500× and an optics inclination of ±90°
with a flagship 4K configuration for surface control and accurate terrain measurements
The Sunny DMS Series is a series of ultra-large depth-of-field digital 3D microscopes for detailed surface analysis, measurements and documentation of complex samples. Sunny's proprietary lighting, motorized optics and proprietary algorithms are integrated into a single observational and quantitative analysis system.
The optical part tilted at ±90° allows you to view the vertical walls and the relief of the sample. The controller controls positioning, focusing and magnification; the passing LED light complements the multi-angle reflected lighting. Software functions include real-time focus stacking, continuous autofocus, HDR, removal of ring reflections, map navigation, 2D and 3D stitching, distance and contour measurements, automatic boundary recognition and particle counting. The series is designed for materials, microelectronics, semiconductors, batteries, automotive and precision manufacturing, and distance and contours measurements, automatic boundary recognition and particle counting.
The official page specifies the magnification range of 20×-7500× for configurations with plan-apochromatic lenses and the system tilt to 90° left and right. 2D/3D crosslinking supports the resulting images up to 100,000×100,000 pixels. The flagship motorized configuration uses 4K CMOS sensor and light field, dark field modes. Polarization and DIC; the series also includes a scalable monocular system and a metallographic module.Numerical parameters of the field of view, XYZ accuracy, resolution and repeatability depend on the specific configuration and are not published in the manufacturer's open PDF, so they are not added without confirmation.
