Product overview

Confocal laser scanning microscope with lenses up to 100× and adjustable pinhole

with multidimensional surveying, 3D reconstruction and colocalization analysis

Sunny CLSM610 is a laser scanning confocal microscope for high-contrast multidimensional imaging in cell biology, immunology, genetics, pharmacology and materials science. The system is focused on the detailed study of fluorescently labeled samples, 3D cultures and thick slices.

Confocal optics with adjustable pinhole suppresses out-of-focus signal and increases the signal-to-noise ratio. The system supports Z-stacks, multidimensional collection, large crosslinked images, depth-of-field expansion and pseudo-staining. Processing includes 3D reconstruction, colocalization analysis and editing; analytical functions include Morphometry, gray-level assessment, cell counting, and protein tracking. The manufacturer is positioning CLSM610 to work with fluorescent proteins, multiple-labeled cells, 3D cultures, tissue slices, functional materials, and complex opaque samples.

The manufacturer specifies high-numerical aperture widespectral optics and two sets of lenses: composite achromatic 2×–100× and superapochromatic 10×–100×. A fully motorized system controls the components of the microscope; the front LCD shows their state, allows you to set the observation mode and switch the curtain. Control of pixel retention time, histogram threshold, multidimensional shooting and Z stacks: the complete numerical table of lasers, detectors, spectral channels, resolution and scanning speed is not published in the manufacturer's open current page, so no such values are added to the card.
