SOLIDaccuTest combines a DNA panel of 84 genes and an RNA panel of 29 genes for the NGS diagnosis of solid tumors and the selection of targeted therapy.
The next-generation sequencing panels include 84 genes in the DNA panel and 29 genes in the RNA panel, which are important in lung, stomach, colon, breast and ovarian cancer. The RNA panel further detects fused transcripts. The test results are formed in 3 to 3.5 days and used to select targeted therapies.
The SOLIDaccuTest DNA and RNA panels cover genes clinically relevant to solid tumors; the duration of the analysis is 3-3.5 days.
