ONCOaccuPanel is an NGS panel for solid tumors, covering more than 300 clinically relevant mutations for nearly 35 types of cancer.
The panel tests more than 300 clinically relevant mutations, which are specific to about 35 solid tumor types — lung, colon, stomach, breast, and others. The reagents are delivered as a ready-made liquid kit for sequencing tissue samples of tumors. The panel was developed jointly by Seoul Asan Medical Center and Dana-Farber Cancer. Institute.
