NGeneAnalySys is a cloud-based NGS data analysis software that automatically classifies variants according to ASCO/CAP/AMP criteria and generates clinical reports.
The program processes data from NGS sequencers along an automatic conveyor, which is selected depending on the selected panel. the annotation of options is based on more than 20 open databases and an internal database of NGeneBio. The results are classified by levels of clinical significance (Tier) according to the ASCO/CAP/AMP criteria, with the following results: The possibility of manual adjustment and the change log.
NGeneAnalySys is deployed as a cloud-based solution with a connection to sequencing servers for direct data transfer and the formation of clinical and QC reports.
