HLAaccuTest is a certified CE-IVD NGS panel for HLA typing of transplant donors and recipients with high resolution results.

The panel identifies variants of HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1 and other loci (5 or 11 loci to choose from) from genomic DNA from blood samples. The sequencing results are processed by EasyHLAanalyzer compatible software that uses the IMGT/HLA database to automatically interpret and prepare the report.

HLAaccuTest provides high resolution HLA-typing and has CE-IVD certification.
