HEMEaccuTest combines a DNA panel of 108 genes and an RNA panel of 53 genes for comprehensive NGS diagnostics of hematological tumors with CE-IVD certification.
The kit includes two next-generation sequencing panels: a DNA panel of 108 genes significant in acute leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative syndromes, and an RNA panel of 53 genes to detect fusion transcripts. The test detects single nucleotide substitutions at an allel frequency of 1-2% and Insertions / deletions - from 2-3%, the result is formed in 2-3 days.
The HEMEaccuTest DNA and RNA panels are CE-IVD certified, and the repeated tests confirm 100% sensitivity and specificity.
