Optical analysis of Soleris vials for pH, CO2 and fluorescence changes
Soleris Next Generation Automatic Analyzer detects microbial growth in samples of food products, cosmetics and nutraceuticals in 48 hours instead of the usual 5-7 days.
The device, in optical mode, tracks pH change, CO2 accumulation or fluorescence in Soleris' finished nutrient medium vials and translates this data into growth curves for more than 15 types of tests, from total seeding to Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus. Each device holds 32 vials, random access is available to the test. In addition, the combination of up to 32 devices into a network allows you to simultaneously conduct up to 1,024 samples.
Detection is built on yellow and UV LED light sources; management and storage of results is performed by Windows 10 software with SQL database, support for 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic signature, audit trail) and export to LIMS in CSV format. The device is connected via Ethernet, bottles are stored at room temperature, power supply 110/220 V, dimensions 565 × 318 × 191 mm, weight about 27.0 kg.
