nCounter panels are a ready-made and customizable set of solutions for direct digital expression profiling in oncology, immunology, infectious diseases, neurobiology, cell and gene therapy.
Ready-made RNA panels combine expertly selected targets for biological pathways and research tasks. The standard panel can be expanded to 55 user genes through Panel Plus or ordered a fully individual CodeSet. Protein panels on 200-500+ targets allow joint analysis of RNA and proteins from one FFPE sample into one FFPE sample. Panel Pro helps you compare coatings and match the right set.
The platform supports 800+ RNA targets and 500+ protein targets on nCounter Pro. Pre-made panels for humans, mice, non-human primates and other objects are available, as well as low-entry and high-performance formats. Specific catalog numbers, list of genes or proteins, species affiliation, number of reactions and compatible master kits It is necessary to fix when forming a sentence; one group card is used instead of dozens of reagent cards of the same type.
