Microscope with digital camera and modules from mobility to DNA fragmentation

SpermoLyzer is a comprehensive MiraLab CASA system for objective standardization of spermiological analysis: from concentration and mobility to morphology, viability and functional tests.

The system combines a specialized microscope with an integrated digital camera and temperature control, a workstation and analysis software modules. It records and tracks sperm movement, assesses morphometric traits, viability, DNA fragmentation by SCD, acrosomal response and peroxidase-positive. White blood cells: The results are stored in a database and generated into customized reports with images, trajectories and statistics.

The system meets the strict criteria of the 6th edition of the WHO Guidelines (2021): Core modules: concentration and mobility; morphology; viability; DNA fragmentation; acrosomal reaction; leukocytes. For kinematics, VCL, VSL, VAP, MAD, ALH, BCF, LIN, WOB and STR; morphological module calculates TZI, SDI and MAI indices; module Fragmentation categorizes cells by halo size and calculates DFI. Supports multilingual interface, delineation of user rights, database backup, historical reports, and reusable and disposable counting cameras.
