Ubi-800 is a two-beam UV/visible spectrophotometer MicroDigital for accurate photometric analysis of solutions, quantitative determination and research of DNA and proteins in cuvet format.
It measures the absorption and transmission of samples in divets, test tubes, optical films and object slides. The two-beam circuit compensates for changes in the light source and sample, and the automatic eight-position holder accelerates the series of measurements. The built-in modes cover photometry, quantitative analysis, spectrum scanning. Multiwave and kinetic measurements, DNA/Protein tasks, controlled from a 10-inch touch screen; the results are exported via USB. Additional holders support microvolumes of less than 500 μl, tubes, films, reflection and temperature-controlled measurements.

Scattered light ≤0.01% T at 220 and 360 nm Photometric range 0-200% T, −0.3-3.0 A and 0–9999 C; stability ≤0.0005 A/h at 250 and 500 nm After two hours of warming up, the sources are tungsten and deuterium lamps, the detector is silicon photodiode, 10 inches screen, USB, dimensions 630×430×210 mm, mass 28 kg.
