The Ubi-600 is a standalone single-beam UV/visible MicroDigital spectrophotometer with touch control and an automatic eight-position holder for routine quantitative analysis.
The Ubi-600 is designed to measure the absorption and transmission of solutions in divets, and with additional holders - microvolume samples, tubes and light-transmitting films or slides. Modes include photometry, quantification, wavelength scanning and kinetic measurements. Automatic holder by eight divet reduces the number of images. The system is designed to be manually permutated, the auto-calibration system compensates for the deviations after long periods of use, and the eight-millimeter aluminum base of the optical system increases stability. Data is stored on a USB drive; A4 printing is possible directly without a separate PC.
Photometric system - single beam. wavelength range 190-1100 nm, spectral band 1.8 nm, accuracy of wavelength setting ±0.5 nm, repeatability ≤0.2 nm. Scattered light ≤0.05%T at 220 and 360 nm Photometric range 0-200%T, −3.0-3.0 A and 0–9999 C; stability ±0.001 A/h at 500 nm, flatness of baseline ±0.001 A. Tungsten-halogen and deuterium lamps, detector - silicon photodiode. Touch screen 7 inches, 800×480 pixels; USB. Dimensions 460×380×180 mm, mass 20 kg.
